A lot has been said (by nastier commenters than us) about Steve Tew and his seemingly slow-witted ways. But my goodness he knows how to spice up, what had been, a boring day for New Zealand sports news.

NZRU chief executive Steve Tew admitted the organisation didn't envisage Henry's new two-year tenure ... would have been greeted with widespread condemnation.
Just when you thought we were over "I can't believe they reappointed Henry"-gate, it comes back to make headlines. Still he was talking to Radiosport so perhaps he was just looking to stimulate debate (har de har har).

Oh Tew, after the Irish game and with the English in town nobody really cared about "I can't believe they reappointed Henry"-gate*, so don't bring it up. Teh only people you're serving are hack journos... like us.
